  • * Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
  • * Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
  • * Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense.
  • * Regularly learn and play new sports!

I think it would be great to add a section for top five power lifts such as:
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Back Squat
Clean & Jerk
Push Press
etc

What do you guys think?

Master Chief

I'm all for it if we can add a section for bottom 5 rope climbers. Dammit!! I'm dying up here.

Joe Runner

Can we also add a bunch of running catergories, like:
1K, 1.5K, 2K, 2.5K, 3K........10K?

Nick

Definitely. I think there should be a records section for all the lifts, and benchmarks.

Nick

Sorry, said benchmarks, meant Heroes. Benchmarks are here already. :)
