I just wanted to thank everyone for the shout outs last night, and all of the CF crew for being extremely motivating all the time and helping me to push the limits. Everyone there is so amazing....ok Cal moment over.

At some point during last nights workout I sprained my wrist (think it was last round of wall ball) I couldn't even scramble my eggs this morning! Justin I don't want to miss any WOD's, can you put me together one for today that doesn't involve any upper body? Thanks bud!
