Paternity test: Positive. Rope climbs are my daddy. It's time to throw those into the warmup!

Based on the workout log that posted a couple of days/weeks ago, I went ahead and made a google documents version:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pCNFLC97_IU7la4pZ_uF6FA&gid=0
I made it so I can keep track of personal workouts and access it when travelling. In addition to the regular workouts, I included a set of the Eva T bodyweight workouts for use when travelling. Let me know if you would like a copy by sending me an email at john.rose@mac.com.
You will need gmail account to edit it.

My friend is convinced we're unknowingly being tricked and trained for a secret ninja assassination squad. Can't wait to climb that rope tonight (with my sword).

In the interest of getting Windy City a bit more cutting edge, I propose we start knocking off first names with last initials and instead give out some nicknames. For starters, I had no idea John R. was John Rose. Perfect opportunity for a nickname...Rosey. I also like Sean's nickname for Kent...Ken. The genius is in its simpicity. Let's make it happen. And Greg, let's make it "G".

Cal, TJ: impressive times, good job. gotta say it was amusing to see Cal hang at the top of the rope like a little baby monkey before finally deciding to touch the wood every time...

Pretty pumped about the muscle up. I thought it might never happen. Thanks for the motivation/encouragement.
TJ/Cal/Mike L- Solid times. Nice work. I suspect Brady "the Carpenter" (help me here) also finished with an impressive time, but with the DQ we will never know

Thanks cal, now if only crossfit only involved rope climbing i'd be set.
Also, Peyton ripped through her workout solo as the rest of us chatted. Impressive time. Solid work!
