30 Muscle-ups for time
If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips. Or...do jumping muscle-ups.
"They who are the most persistent, and work in the true spirit, will invariably be the most successful."

Great day/night for a lot of you - lots of PRs were broken today. Nice job all!

J$! Ridiculous! Wished I'd been there to see it. Hopefully you got some video footage. New nickname: J-Muscle

My job is sucking my will to live--but I'll be back soon (Thursday, maybe). Sad I missed a backwards run.

OMG, I'm on the board! Special thanks to John (is that li'l Jon?) who reminded me by example that I MUST stretch after XFit.
Thanks to Justin (of course) and to everyone else who looks like such a pro to beginner me for the inspiration.
Juli aka Jelli
p.s. My on-line XFit group dubbed me Jelli after I told them that XFit confirmed that aside from my rollerblading quads, my muscles feel like jelly. I accepted this in honor of Pudge Rodriguez who just hit a triple for my Detroit Tigers and...oh YEAH, just NOW scored a go-ahead run, barely eluding a rocket throw to the plate. Wait, this is XFit, not baseball, sorry. :) I do get carried away when it comes to baseball. Also a major Cubs fan...
