Sherry and I saw the movie "FOOD INC" last nite.

If you're looking for some convictions around healthy eating - this is very eye-opening.

Note - If you go, eat dinner BEFORE!

I won't spoil it, but will tell you even though I knew a fair amount on food processing it was VERY thought provoking.

It's at the Clark and Diversey theatres.
