Way to keep up on your workouts Julie- get your hubby going on it!
Does anyone have recommendations for a non-dairy protein powder for smoothies? Thanks!
Posted by: Bridgid | June 22, 2009 at 12:45 PM
Zeke, nice work on the PR! you get stronger everyday bud!
Bridgid, I use and recomend Metagenics Ultrameal. You can get it with either soy or rice protein. Ultrameal is more of a meal replacement as opposed to a protein powder though.
Also, Bridgid I think we have a common connection...small world huh?

I second the metagenics stuff. There are a few different things you can get that have protein in it, bars and drinks.
I switch from soy to rice not too long ago and really like their products.
Plus they have a great detox program too!

Classic Jacob...I even liked a comment by one of the readers:
"I have heard that grain-fed animals are the tastiest of all….so if it came down to cannibalism, I’m picking a vegan."

Major props to Kristine. The whistle blew yet she powered through the rest of her burpees and ran her last 200, leaving my pansy ass in the gym panting and wondering what happened to my balls. Kristine, you a f*&king LEGIT.
