Oh I'm sorry Dr. Cakes, are we boring you?

I had typed up a whole response to this article, but I deleted it by mistake. I'll leave you with this instead.

all that raw red meat should keep him on his toes all day long.

Dan W - Great article on the shoes/barefoot lifting. My wife randomly bought me a pair of Sanuk Vagabonds that I tool around in on the weekends (very comfortable). I never in a million years would have considered lifting in them!
Dole - I will have to agree that the elbow trick is single-handedly the best trick for achieving perfect high-fives every time. I'll take the loud crack of a perfect high five over "too-slow" anyday.

What are the holiday weekend hours?

my all coffee and fatty red meat diet is going to take over the world... don't get it twisted, just because my eyes are half shut and my words come out jumbled, doesn't mean I'm sleepy.. possibly just bored from Meagles lack of enthusiasm these days....

Katie - I got the stuff you left in the office.... Thank you!! Hope to see you in there soon!

I love how Sean's red meat diet goes against everything I have read about red meat intake! :)
Nice job this morning Jakob on the dead lifts!

Today wod in idaho
155, 165, 165
Then 3 rds for time (but forgot to time)
10 double unders
10 55lb overhead squats
Humored by the two guys in there...
one doing curls moving slow as molasses
The other doing shitty form backsquats- 135lbs on a bar connected to a machine.it took everything I had not to go weight the free bar and back squat his weight. I felt so proud (and strong) that I Crossfit!
