WCCF F%$@ING ROCKS everyone else can suck it. That was Chaucer who said that. i don't want anyone to think that I came up with that on my own. I give credit where credit is due.

Don't worry Dingo...noone would ever associate that quote with anyone but Chaucer.
Way to go WCCF!!!! Final numbers should be posted soon.

I think the performance of our WCCF team deserves a solid "slow clap" 80's movie style when they return the box.
I am bursting with PRIDE right now that I belong to this gym. I can't wait for next year!!!

Way to rock it. WCCF is the Lamborghini of CrossFit.

I cannot explain the pride radiating from this dusty ranch. Everyone gave a solid performance. Solid. Jen crushed the pullup/oh and meagles and lacey did all their deadlifts unbroken! And the run... Seriously steep dirt trail. The KILLED it!! Next year, we are flying out a cheering section. Crossfitters are just f-n cool! Regs, cal sean, meagles, Jen, lacey...thank you! And they could not have done it without amazing coaching!!!
Our box is the tits!

Thanks for the support WCCF!! We had a great time representing, and I must say, we all surprised ourselves with our performances. We came hoping to pull out some 'personal bests' (and some of us did, for sure) but I think everyone would agree with me when I say we outperformed our own expectations. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for helping us all get here. When I learned about Xfit way back when, never would I ever have expected to 1.) perform at the games and 2.) do so well at the games. All the love you've given and all the amazing coaching we've received got us here. I cannot wait for what's the come.
And Lamb, the slow clap would really, REALLY help ice this cake.
XOXO!!!!!

Saturday's WOD
100 slow claps...obviously NOT for time. Proper clap form will be strictly enforced and you will have repeat any clap that does not meet WCCF standards. Bonus points for the most serious facial expression. Think of Big John during the lunch scene in Can't Buy Me Love.

OMG, y'all are rockstars! i'm like teary-eyed right now just thinking about your dls, pullups, ohs and that crazy hill. Congrats everyone! I'm so so so proud of you and your coach!
ps- I'm so in for the slow clap!
pss- Zeke, get well soon bud. We need you for the 80's style movie re-enactment.

on another note, I just read the article posted today and thought the premise was quite interesting. Having recently experienced severe and persistant shoulder pain, without a known cause, I can somewhat relate to the author's perspective. Although I can't say for sure the cause of my pain, I can definitely relate that the pain was worse on days when I was feeling stressed or preoccupied by a problem. Intriguing, indeed....

To the WCCF Team, in the words of my people:
Wicked Fuckin' Pissah!
Translation:
I could not be prouder or more excited about your performance and representation of the gym and it's members.
Stay classy, and enjoy the rest of the games, you earned it.
