1000 jump ropes
1 mile run
8 100m sprints
8 100m weighvest sprints
4000m row
divide above tasks amongst team members
25 burpees each

ummm...J$ do we have a life size duck taped human at the gym? I just watch a guy run down damen carrying this and it seemed to weigh more than me due to the yelling and swearing. just thought i would ask
