Hey Coach Will - Coco and I just want to send you some good vibes before your Level 2 today! It's really just confirmation of what everyone at WCCF already knows - your skills, eye for details, presence, and enthusiasm are awesome. Thanks for making us all better and more confident athletes, and best of luck today!
Huddy and Coco
ps - we checked the syllabus and it doesn't look like counting to 30 is on there...

Will's at the L2 today? Awesome, good wishes from here too. And rather than sound derivative, I'll just say I agree completely with what Huddy posted.

For real, though, kick ass Will. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing coach at WCCF. Your attention to detail, your crazy deathcons and your encouraging demeanor are just of few of the many great things you bring to the community. I have NO doubt that you will do great at the level 2, but no matter what the outcome, you're still an unbelievable coach and we're excited to have you back.
Today's CF Kids:
Obstacle course (with rings, parallettes, roving planks, bear crawls)
CrossFit baseball (squats, box jumps (step ups), burpees, med balls)

Good luck Will!! You are going to kill it! And if you need an extra boost today just wear your scary sunglasses....
Interesting article in the Trib today about artificial sweeteners and the brain's ability to process them. In short, although our taste buds are often fooled into thinking we are ingesting sugar, our brain knows better and will be looking for those calories elsewhere. Of course, we already knew this from Dr. Cakes but in case you missed the seminar check out the link below:

Good luck Will I am confident in your ass kicking abilities. Also, Paratestees, Vah Geena & Bahlsac wished you the best last night. Yasmin and I ran into them when we were at dinner.
Hey Cal what are the age restrictions on Crossfit Kids? I'm a sucker for obstacle courses.

Amira missed Coach Will today at WCCF Kids, but Coach Cal and pinch-hitting Coach Adam^H^H^H^HWhitey did a great job. Thanks guys!
Will, I hope it went well.

oh yeah, and if you haven't watch the above video, what are you waiting for? o.m.g.
check their "WOD" for *thinking* about being able to do that:
20 Pull-ups
40 Dips
50 Push Ups
(partition as desired)
and then
5 muscle ups
max time limit: 6 min.
wow.

Nice job subbing at the kids WOD today, Whitey. My kids have grown very attached to coach Cal and coach Will, but you slid in and didn't miss a beat. As for you, Will, don't worry, Whitey didn't knock you off your throne as the silliest crossfit coach around! We're all cheering for your success today!
How lucky we are to have such fine coaches in our midst, working with us every day to be our best!
