Corey,
How much do they pay you to run around shirtless
with a bunch of dudes in the cold all weekend? I could
use the extra cash.

Way to go, Corey! You're a stud -- great accomplishment!!
On an unrelated note, check out this video of the Strongest Kid You've Even Seen:
http://www.break.com/index/strongest-kid-youve-ever-seen.html
I'm not sure if I should be amazed or creeped out. The kid is uncommonly strong, but the focus seems so heavy on looks (i.e., bodybuilding motivation), that I wonder if it's healthy. I'm all for strong kids, but I think there are two delicate questions to address -- 1)Is it what the kid wants or what the coach and/or parent wants? 2)What is the motivation for the training? Is it about looks? About pushing yourself to achieve? Something else?
Anyhow, I think it's an interesting topic, whether it's about strength training, baseball, piano, dance, or whatever.
As a parent of 3 little girls who are in the early stages of involvement in extracurricular activities, it's hard to watch this video and not think about where to draw the line.
Thoughts?
