I completed Winchester as rx'd in 39:59. Right now my hips and backside are on fire. Walking should be fun this week.

I didn't know what winchester is, so in case anyone else is in my boat:
Complete 5 rounds for time:
30 Walking Overhead Lunges 135 lbs (15 ea leg)
Sprint 1 Full Gasser
30 KB Swings 2 pood
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
Wow. Dingo -- that is amazing. Lessee, my time would be... uh, never. No way can I do that RX'd.

Hey all....awesome Workout on Sat. Great Costumes! I couldn't not believe Kendall Gill was there too!!...He was my favorite player when I was in junior high!
