I am down in Austin and did my annual Christmas Day pre-feast workout with my brother-in-law.
4 tamales for breakfast
followed by
8 mile bike ride
1/2 mile swim in Barton Springs
8 mile bike ride
Last year this workout crushed me. I was dying both coming and going. Wheezing and hurting. This year it was a breeze. I've never felt better.
Many thanks to Justin, Sean, Will and the whole crew at WCCF for keeping me motivated and getting me in shape.
