15 wall ball, 20lb (14lb)
15 sit-up
15 kb swing, 24kg (16kg)
*Workout is done relay-style. All team members start on rower. Once first person off rower, he/she then begins going through round. Workout is complete once all team members complete all 5 rounds.

Morning!!! If anyone is interested in doing smthg completely ridiculous tonight . . .
I am the co-founder/leader of 12 DIVE Bars of Xmas Barcrawl. All the bars are walkable distance btwn one another and the boundaries are east-west Halsted to Broadway and north-south Belmont-Diversey. Santa (AKA my father) will be attending the first 5 or so bars (or until Santa drinks one 2 many naughty-shots and needs Mrs Clause to drive him home).
