If we say "chest to deck" push-ups, then your chest should hit the deck every rep...same goes for CTB pull-ups, etc... Get out of the mind-set of having to compete and win during every WOD...start focusing on YOU, your training, getting better. Competition for you is in 6 weeks.

It's about 320 mile drive from the box, I'd be up for the roadtrip. I'd be willing to throw in for gas to load up someones big car, my subaru barely fits two comfortably, let alone five.

United has flights for $139 leaving on Friday late night coming back on Sunday leaving at 4:30 from St Louis (Lambert) Airport. Its about a 15 mile ride from the airport to the site of the sectionals.
I'd be down for the road trip, but my 2 door accord is in the same boat as Dole's Subaru.

i did some snooping: tour bus that fits 50 people, with driver, for the weekend is about $5,000, plus taxes.
