Thanks Brad and all of the other people that sent me messages. Saturday night was a blast. We had some top notch bowling taking place as well as some shenanigans.
It was a great way to kick off 2012. Coming down the pipe we have the Crosfit Open so don't forget to sign up for that. Also, save the date, May 12th from 8pm-1am we have our 2nd Biennial WCCF Prom. If you are new ask around the prom is legit. $100/person covers the function hall, open bar, photographer, DJ and food. Take the 2 minutes right now and plug MAY 12th into your phones and lets get the buzz going around WCCF. 2012 is going to be amazing.

Dingo: Great job on the bowling outing! It was very fun and local. I met some people I didn't know.
Yo, the prom is legit and fuuuuun. I got "talked" into going last time and just had a blast dancing and joking around. There is lots of liquor involved if you like that sort of thing. Still fun even if you're not. $100 is a good deal too.

Counting and keeping track of reps and rounds is at times the hardest part of crossfit for me...that is so sad.
