Did Monday's workout with J$, Cheston, and the Shins.
4 rounds were Rx
2:30 HPC 7+3 rest unbroken
3:15 HPC 5+3+2 rest unbroken
That was tough! #strongisthenewskinny!

Yesterday's workout -
5:15 on the Metcom, scaled down to 95lbs with the overhead squats, need to do mobility work on my shoulders.
Will do the Monday WOD this evening.

Did Monday, topped out at 205# on the back squat. Last round felt uncomfortable.
Metcon around 2:30 each, 115 on the hpc. Arms feel like were yanked out of their sockets.
