95-95-115-115-115. Starting to get the form down better. Shoulder feeling a little tweaky though.
Metcon: 225#, about 90% toes to bar. Kept losing momentum, couldn't drag my feet up. But felt better about TTB than I have. Finished in 8:30. Thanks coach Craig for that last push.

Even though TTB were mostly singles after the 3rd round, I managed to do these a lot faster than usual. Still certainly on my "suck list", but I'm happy with the improvement.

Couplet. DNF: Blazed through almost 6 rounds. Then, in classic style, fell a good 7 feet off the high bar onto my back. Now I'm on the couch feeling like I'm 60 years old. Awesome.
