Above is a link to the nonprofit I do work with. Great event in April and would love to see some of you there! Tickets on sale now. Money goes to people affected with brain cancer to help pay medical/household bills. Night out for a good cause people.

Hey All - I'm extending the invite for anybody that wants to WOD with more graduating Foundationers tonight at 7:30.

50 Thrusters (45/35)/(25 Thrusters scaled)

Ladies of Windy City.... Langford Market (women's boutique) is putting on a special event to give back to a local business and I have chosen Windy City Crossfit. Event time is 6-8pm Friday night. Drinks, Treats and prizes will be handed out during those two hours! Hope to see you there. 621 W Diversey!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to thank you all for allowing me to be a part of your great community. Unfortunately, I am moving back to the suburbs and it would be difficult for me to keep attending WCCF at this time. I want to thank ALL of the coaching staff for all the help, motivation and support you gave me! I especially want to thank Coach Craig, Jesse and Meagan for all the help you gave me.

Did wednesdays workout, fun! 3 of my favorite things...
OHS: 165 triple, 185 single (PR)
Metcon: 10:01 (this is now the third time I've had a time 01 second over in the last 3 weeks...hhhmmm...)
