Hey All - We have our main first class for the 7:30 PM Foundations graduates today and it falls on a Thursday.
If anyone is interested- in otder to give them a flavor of the main class - please join us! Workout TBD(rather taking suggestions). I would like that first main class experience to be a positive one.

Double the fun!! Congrats Corrigans on two beautiful babies! We have space for them in Crossfit Kids if they're not busy today.
Congrats to Alt on AOM! Your hard work and dedication make you a fantastic role model for us all-- what a great pick for the new year :) And that picture is pretty sweet.
Thanks to everyone for your kind congratulations to Tennessee and me! Hard to believe that three years ago this month, he and I started going on dates after the 7:30p class...
While Banjo Mike and I were planning our double wedding in Vegas this morning, we talked about how awesome being a part of a community as loving as supportive this one is; a bunch of healthy people just loving life and celebrating each other.

Scotty. Nora and I will both be coming to the box today to do some kind of workout, so it would be nice to have one planned. However, 7:30 may be a little late for us. Guess we'll play it by ear. We can chat later. Sweet, sweet.

Congrats guys! By my count, that is 4 crossfit babies in the last couple of weeks. So amazing. Thats why I bring my own water.

7 rounds of DL, squat jumps and k to e, Rx'ed.
First workout in 3 weeks - tough!!!

first day back in 2 weeks; felt like I never lifted a weight before...woof
32kg swing - 14 x 4
CTB & Dips - got through each round RX, however starting at round 5 I had to switch to light banded dips.
DL/Squat/K2E - only got through about 5 rounds, I was shutting down at the end. Hopefully today will be better and I can get back on track!
