"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
- Calvin Coolidge

Did not see this coming with all the HSPU and DL work. Diane is a fun one! Get after it WCCF!
Great photo! JHo is getting ready for wallball shots during the CF Games open!

Wow. As much as it sucked to show up and see Diane, having a Classic for a WOD was a lot of fun. Let's do that more...
DL: RX
HSPU: Superman bands!
10:17
Gosh, I'm slow. Had to break up the DLs.

6:47 with banded HSPUs.
DLs felt great and all unbroken. Maybe go with narrower band on HSPUs next time.

7:10 Rx, DL's felt good, HSPU's were strict and really tough on the last set. Want to try this again when I learn how to kip.
