Bit off more than I could chew on the push presses and jerks.

Metcon: 3 rounds (I had to modify and skip the box jumps & DU's due to an ankle injury - but walking lunges and 30sec on the airdyne worked out OK).

PP/PJ: 85, 95, 100. 100 was not pretty.

Metcon: 3 rounds (I think) + 15. Used bands for the HSPU to change it up from the abmats. Green band on the bar + red band to put my arms through.

Kendra, our timing is getting better :)
