Went out too hard on the row and it caught up to me. Set a goal for certain number of DU on the last set. It helped to have specific numbers to shoot for.

WCCFers I am $2,000 short of my goal of raising $4,000. So many of you have helped out so far and I wanted to thank you for that.
I have 1 month left. Please help.
1) Go to this site
http://www.stbaldricks.org/
2) Type Michael Mancini in search box on the top right of the page - a picture of me should pop up.
3) Click the Green Donate button and go from there
Thank you so much for all of you help.

Metcon: Yes….
I have to go off on a rant; I saw something this morning which really set me off, and it’s my own fault for not saying something to the folks I saw do it. I know, I’m new to 5:30, I don’t know your “ways.” Right now it’s only a test run, but it really took me off guard to see people walk in to the gym, right over to a rack, pick up a bar and put it in there, only to wander over to the board to check out the warm-up afterwards. As in, they were calling dibs on a rack, which they might not even use within the next 15 minutes.
What the hell is that?
I’ve been at this gym awhile and I don’t think I’ve ever seen that, in a class, in an open gym, or anything in between. It’s rude, it’s selfish, and personally I don’t feel it should be tolerated. 5:30 looks like a busy time, space and equipment are limited: ask someone to jump in with them then. Don’t know them? Get to know them. That’s half of what this place is about. Don’t do the crossfit equivalent of walking up to the snack table to lick all the cookies so you can declare them yours for whenever you want a sweet sometime later.
Common gym courtesy, practice it.

Last round of double unders involved tripping over the rope and dropping it onto the floor in the process in the last 15 seconds, followed by cursing. Great way to accumulate those last reps.
