22:00 with 800 rows sub for runs. Arms were shot and had to break up the 50 KB swings after the first unbroken round.

If you want to break 20 min run fast. Swings and sit-ups unbroken will take 10 to 12.5 min. That is 2 to 2.5 seconds per movement, not accounting for transition times.

WCCF LADIEZZZZZ....Coach Meagles and I are celebrating our journey into wifehood this Friday night. We will be starting by eating some burgers at DMK at 7pm and then we will be heading to Matilda's after that for some dancing! We would love it if you could join us. Coach Jen will be in town and will for sure be at DMK with us....so you don't want to miss it!
If gents want to come, you are welcome to do so, but you must buy us a beer or water beer. I believe Coach Jesse is rounding up the males to provide some entertainment so get your speedo ready. Other than that there are no penises allowed! But we will gladly wear a tiara :)

Just barely under 20. Nuf really messed everything up with the warm up but Collin helped me fight through with his words of wisdom.

Good wod to come back to after two months of inactivity - shoulder tendonitis, now mostly healed. Had a big smile on my face when I walked into the box today. Good 4:30 class .. 25:30ish with 16kg. My conditioning sure went downhill as the most strenuous thing I did was walk to my car for the last couple months. See u soon!

Somewhere around 29:00 with 800m row. Thanks to the mystery man for my rowing technique it sure helped my short legs get through that. I'll second Tuna- hell of a good time!
