RMG in his element. Happy to see this after my first look at the board from the west coast. Hugo's looking lean, Husker's back squatting small villages. Dole's back in action. Things don't change.

Chicago GoRuck Heavy: 25+ hours, 40+ miles, and a tour of every beach from Ohio Street to Gilson Park. Adam Schulz and I karate-kicked some limits in the face. Thanks for the support and encouragement WCCF!

Good to be back @ 6:30am. . I really wish newborn babies would take their parents schedule into consideration! As for the wod, can't quite remember my numbers, but I do remember chasing Small Paul the majority of the time!

I have two openings for individual program design starting October 1st! (and no, i did not pay Dr. Metcon to give me some props earlier today ;)
For those of you who are not familiar with individual program design, it is a program designed specifically for your goals and needs. Programs can be designed for helping you improve your strength training, energy systems training (CrossFit), oly, general conditioning, or really any fitness related goals you might have. You also have access to come use the gym at your convenience during our business hours.
If you are interested in getting started, please send me an email at cori at windy city crossfit dot com. You will have to do an assessment, movement screening, and goals consult with me before Oct. 1st to get started. There is a 9 month commitment for individual program design (which coincidentally leads us right up and through the CrossFit Games 2014!). Please let me know if you have any questions! Thanks :)

Feeling good with 330 class .. 6:07, 6:20 and 6:15. Went out too quick on the first row then dialed it back. Fun having J$ as coach.

Dropped in at Crossfit Valdosta today.
7x3 squat snatches at 55#, from knee high. Kept the weight light as these felt awkward - it's been awhile.
Metcon 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 wall ball, dead lift @ 75#, box jump, rx in 13:23.
