WCCF Programs

Quickstart Package – 2 appointments

  • For those looking to train on their own @ WCCF
  • Consult and Physical Assessment – including body composition analysis, discussion on nutrition, exercise, movement patterns and lifestyle variables.
  • Coach then develops an individualized exercise program based on client goals, strengths/weaknesses.
  • Private training session/review of program design
  • 4 week program design - includes membership @ WCCF

Foundations Training

  • Private, Semi-Private, Group Training
  • Designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants to ultimately train in ongoing WCCF group classes.
  • Progressive introduction to movements and intensity
  • Required to join WCCF Group Training
  • Please note: Not all athletes will be ready to move into the group class after the 1st month of Foundations.  Depending on the athletes level of fitness and ability to learn the fundamental movements, additional private coaching may be required before entry into our group classes.

WCCF Group Training

  • Focus is on general fitness, utilizing the Olympic lifts, basic barbell exercises, kettlebells, gymnastics, running, sprinting, rowing, throwing, and a long list of bodyweight movements
  • Group training with anywhere from 6-20+ people
  • Workout of the Day
  • Saturday TEAM workouts
  • Olympic Weightlifting classes on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday - learn more
  • Endurance classes on Tuesday/Thursday - learn more
  • Prospective members must first begin with Foundations Training – or any of WCCF’s other experiences – in order to join the WCCF Group Training. 
  • For those who have been training for a while, either at another gym or on their own, and would like to join the group classes ASAP…we offer a test out option

Personal Training

  • Private, Semi-Private, Group Training
  • Workouts done at WCCF with the support and motivation of your own coach
  • Training sessions are developed to help you target your goals, make you stronger, healthier and more fit.
  • Includes weekly program design

Exclusive Coaching

  • Initial consult
  • Individualized nutritional prescription as required
  • Monthly or Weekly individualized exercise program design
  • Ongoing email support
  • 3 private training sessions/month
  • Includes membership to WCCF

Program Design

Online Coaching

  • Consult every 4-6 weeks via skype/phone

Nutrition Coaching / Services

  • Initial consult to discuss goals and role nutrition will play in achieving them
  • Weekly body comp and food log analysis
  • Ongoing email support

  • Functional Diagnostic Nutrition / Biohealth Lab services

Mobility Coaching

  • Initial consult to discuss goals and role mobility work will play in achieving them
  • 3 private one-on-one sessions with coach
  • Ongoing email support
  • Free lacrosse ball

WCCF Kids

  • Training designed for kids and their specific developmental needs (neurological, cognitive, motor)
  • Broad, general and inclusive fitness program for kids to promote healthy living
  • Participants learn to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump effectively and safely
